Saelo
Grain Construction transformed a former clothing store into a refined medical skincare space, creating a warm and welcoming environment for both clients and practitioners. The build-out included a thoughtfully designed lobby, treatment rooms, bathroom, and supporting commercial infrastructure, all within a compact footprint. The project balanced minimalist design with rich materiality, using layered textures and carefully executed details to create a feeling of elevated simplicity.
