A mid-century modern ranch house near downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Modette is a beautifully remodeled mid-century retreat in collaboration with Studio Plow and Anvil Projects. Grain installed the custom kitchen cabinetry, remodeled the bathroom, and consulted in the selection of key finishes
