Caz Cabin

Built in 1974, Caz Cabin is set within the redwood forest near the Russian River in Sonoma County. The A-frame was renovated to bring it into the contemporary era. GRAIN construction assisted with the gut renovation, carpentry, kitchen cabinetry, custom furniture and finishes, plus a broad expansion of the outdoor deck to more than double the square footage. The new kitchen cabinets were installed with blackened steel work surfaces thus defining a warm gathering place within the light, open floor plan. Key custom furnishings include the bed, floating shelf, teff tables, and our signature knob in the bathroom cabinet.
